1. Acceptance

By using NACHGPT, operated for Innovate Dental Lab, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

NACHGPT is a dental laboratory management platform for case intake, workflow, production, traceability, and communication between the laboratory and authorized clients or clinics.

NACHGPT is not a medical device, does not diagnose patients, and does not claim HIPAA certification or Google approval.

3. Authorized access

The operational system is intended for authorized laboratory personnel and invited clients. You are responsible for protecting PINs, credentials, and access links assigned to you.

4. Google accounts

Only an authorized laboratory administrator should connect a laboratory Google account. That connection may allow reading authorized mail for case intake and, if separately configured, sending operational messages or retrieving Drive files expressly linked to a case. The laboratory is responsible for authorizing only accounts it controls.

5. Laboratory responsibility

The laboratory and its users are responsible for the accuracy of case information, submitted files, and applicable professional obligations. NACHGPT does not replace clinical or technical judgment.

6. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to bypass access controls, extract credentials, use the service for unauthorized advertising, or interfere with system operation.

7. Intellectual property

NACHGPT, its marks, and platform materials remain with the NACHGPT / Innovate Dental Lab project, except third-party materials identified in the product notices.

8. Availability and warranty

The service is provided “as is.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation or specific results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed.

9. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NACHGPT and Innovate Dental Lab are not liable for indirect, incidental, or lost-profit damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
