Before sending a new case, we recommend reviewing these suggestions. This format helps us process your case faster, reduce mistakes, avoid delays, and maintain consistent communication from receiving to final delivery.
NACH-GPT organizes each case based on the files and information received. When the case arrives clearly structured, we can review it better and prevent future complications.

Recommended Folder Structure
We recommend sending one main folder per case to help us process it without delays.
Recommended Subfolders
PREOP - Just in Case
Preoperative photos, previous restorations, diagnostic images, or references.
JAW or TISSUE
Jaw scan, tissue scan, or soft tissue reference files.
SCAN BODIES
Complete and clearly visible scan body files.
WAX-UP
Wax-up, mock-up, or reference design if available.
ANTAGONIST
Opposing arch scan to verify occlusion and clearance.
BITE or MONOBLOCK
Bite scan, monoblock, or occlusal relationship record.
TEETH SHADE
Tooth shade. Photos with shade tabs are recommended when esthetics are important.
GUM SHADE
Gum shade for hybrids, implants, or gingival esthetic work.
IMPLANT SYSTEM AND SCREW
Brand, platform, connection, screw, Ti-base, or multi-unit if applicable.
DUE DATE
Requested due date. Clearly mark if the case is urgent.
EXOCAD or DESIGN
Exocad files, STL files, construction files, or reference designs.
PHOTOS or PICTURES
Suggestion: add case photos, smile, profile, shade tab, esthetic references, or clinical pictures that help us understand the case better.
Important Notes
- Do not mix multiple patients in the same folder.
- Do not send loose files without a clear case name.
- Include all available information from the beginning.
- Missing files, shade, bite, antagonist, or implant information may delay the case.
We use this structure to review every case before finishing it. When you send cases in this format, we avoid losing days, reduce delays, and serve you better.
